Deane & Hallaçi is a partnership in the old sense: the founders read the enquiries, sign the engagements and answer for the work. Behind one stands a family that has worked in British property for decades. Behind the other, operating businesses across the Balkans. The firm is where the two meet.

Why Pristina

Two reasons, and neither of them is an adjective.

The first is the working day. Kosovo keeps Central European Time and moves its clocks on the same dates as Britain, so the gap is one hour, all year, with no fortnight in spring where it quietly becomes two. Your morning is our morning. A decision taken in London at five is acted on the same evening rather than overnight in another hemisphere.

The second is the people. Kosovo produces far more graduates each year than its own economy absorbs, and they are European professionals working European hours to European standards, with fluent and natural English. That is the calibre of hire you would make at home, which is the only comparison that matters.

The firm is registered and taxed in Pristina, and our expansion is encouraged and supported by the British Embassy there. We would be glad to introduce you.

The procedures this firm works to were written there, for its own books.

A new firm, deliberately

Deane & Hallaçi is not a rebrand of either. It was formed to do one thing: build and run administrative teams in Europe for British firms, to the standard the founders hold in their own businesses. We claim the experience behind us and no trading history we do not have.
